The Administration and Services Department is responsible for all Administrative, personnel and budgetary matters such as:
- Appointment, Promotion and discipline of staff
- Staff welfare and staff training
- Establishment matters
- To establish contacts with other Islamic organizations within and outside the country for matual cooperation and exchange of information.
- Liaison with other relevant organizations
- Custody of documents, open and Secret Registries and files etc.
- Policy initiation on personnel matters
- Preparation of establishment or personnel budgets
- Processing of staff entitlements like gratuity, pension etc
- Procurement of supplies (stationary, office equipment, materials and furniture).
- Legal matters
- Seeking ways and means of financing the activities of the Centre, e.g. through donations, fund raising activities etc.
- Liaison with relevant organizations
- Policy initiation on Administrative matters
- Administrative Policy Implementation and Review
- Security matters, Clinic
